CSD REGIONALS WRAP UP

“Wow” is such an understatement to our season so far! We are so very proud of the growth that we have witnessed in all of our dancers, who have been so dedicated to the season and have pushed beyond their limits to find their performance. We have spent so much time working at the studio, focusing on the technique and precision of each dance number – and it has showed in competition! Regionals have now come to an end and we couldn’t have asked for a better season. CSD dancers blew us away time and time again, not only with their performances on stage, but also with the etiquette and kindness they showed to other dancers, off-stage.

We started off our Regional competition season at ADA Gatineau in early March, where CSD won America’s Junior AND Young Male Dancer of the Year. Next we were off to Candance Toronto, where CSD took the Senior, Teen, and Junior Mister Titles. ADA Springfield followed, where CSD won 10 Diamond Choreography Awards. We ended our Regional Competition season at ADA Ottawa where CSD took both the Junior and Teen Title Awards – It is safe to say that all of our hard work has paid off! With recital right around the corner and Nationals taking place in New York City in July, we still have lots of work to do – the fun doesn’t end just yet! #CSDfamily
