You all have done some amazing work over the past two weeks … Be proud of yourselves because I AM!!! Keep “dancing”, keep “dreaming”, keep “growing”, keep “working”, keep “living”. See you soon …
We have been a very proud member of the CSD family for the last 7 years in both the recreational and competitive programs. The focus, discipline and self-confidence that my daughter has achieved through learning dance at CSD has been truly inspirational. We continue to return year after year because of the individualized program that is offered to our daughter that allows her to grow and improve in dance. And nothing speaks louder than the smile on her face at the end of a class or after performing on stage.
5 years ago we received a flyer in our mailbox for CSD which promoted that if your child dreams of dancing, then this is their school. We thought that our daughter who was 4 at the time, might like to take the combo class and see if she liked it. Little did we know that this professional school taught children to be dancers, and was not just a place for children to take a dance class and learn a few good moves. Our daughter loves the teachers and classes and is now a member of the competitive team. She can’t wait to be on the stage performing and showing off her new skills. CSD has also become a gathering place where the kids can build great friendships, build confidence and learn that hard work and dedication can really pay off. Whether your child is into ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical or hip hop then this IS the school for you.
It all began one Saturday morning with a jazz class. Fast forward to today, our daughter now 10 years old dances several hours a week and loves it! The teaching staff at the Canadian School of Dance are incredibly talented and bring their artistic flare to the classroom. They engage, motivate, support and cheer every student. The result is obvious from all the awards CSD brings home from competitions here in Canada and the United States. Our daughter has grown as a person during her tenure as a student and one cannot ignore the smile on her face knowing she is part of the CSD family.
