What method of payment can I use? 
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cash or Cheque.

Which classes are for my child’s age group, I cannot tell from the schedule on the website? (eg. 3yr old=PreSchool, 4yr old =Pre-Ballet).  
You can contact the office for where your child’s appropriate placement would be.

In which location is the studio for the class?
Studios 1, 2, 3 are at the Greenbank location and Studios 4,5,6 are at 35 Larkin Dr.

Can my child try a class to see if they like it before I commit to signing up?  
Yes your child can. You would need to see the office to receive a permission slip to attend the class.

If my child does not like a class can I get some of the fees back? 
For pre-schoolers after 2 or 3 classes you will receive the rest of the term back minus classes taken and registration fee. After that, only with a doctors certificate can you receive 2/3 back.

Can my child change classes if they find the class level to easy or to difficult? 
They can changes classes at the teachers discretion.

Do I have to sign up my child for the whole year or can I just sign up for one Term?  
Yes you can sign up for one term. There will be a $20 registration fee for each term. If you leave your post-dated cheques or pre-authorization for Visa or Mastercard you will not have to pay the registration fee again.

If my child misses one class how can they make up for the missed class?
Your child can always go to another class of his/her level to make it up.

How many children are in a class? 
The classes are usually between 15 and 18 kids with 2 or 3 assistants.
